2015 goodman survivor rules

hey kids, welcome back to the 2015 goodman survivor pool.

the rules are simple:

• pick an NFL team each week. if they win, you advance. if they lose or tie, you are out. you do NOT need to beat the spread, just pick if a team wins or loses.

• you cannot pick the same team more than once.

• IF YOU LOSE WEEK 1 ONLY, YOU CAN RE-DONATE, BUT ANY TIE/LOSS AFTER THAT, YOU ARE OUT (note: last year's winner re-donated after losing week 1 and won the whole thing)

• picks must be received before kickoff of the game you picked. if you meant to start a team playing a 1pm and forgot, you can still start the 4pm game...or the sunday night game....or the monday night game, etc.

• if you don't submit a pick, you are out. the only exception would be a technical issue where your "email didn't go through". in these cases, i'll need a screenshot of your outbox with date/timestamp, or any other proof (simply forwarding me your email does not count, as the date/time can easily be manipulated). hopefully, we won't have any of these scenarios...just get your picks in.

• picks can be emailed to this email (survivorgoodman@yahoo.com) or texted to 9O8.892.4492 (include your name when texting in case you are not in my phone. 

• winner takes home 90% of all donations. if there is a tie after week 17, the 90% will be split among all of the winners.

• if you are submitting multiple teams under the same name, make sure to indicate John Smith1 or John Smith2, etc.

try your best to avoid what i did last year, which was lose week 1, re-donate, and then lose week 2.  it hurts....a lot.
